New DMFI-Certified Module: Bitter Harvest
Sunday, March 19 2006 @ 00:00:00 EST
Congratulations to Scrotok, whose module Bitter Harvest is now certified as DM-Friendly!

The adventure is designed for 4-7 characters of level 10-12 and requires a DM. The dramatic, non-linear storyline fits into any campaign and features a mix of action and roleplaying. Plot, areas, NPCs, and items are thoroughly documented. According to the reviewer, Tarridus, "Bitter Harvest" is a bold adventure full of thrilling moments and a climax to remember.

New Article Posted: ''Outside-the-Engine'' DMing in Neverwinter Nights
Wednesday, August 31 2005 @ 11:55:59 EST
Carlo One has put together another informative article based on discussions within the DMFI Guild: "Outside-the-Engine" DMing in Neverwinter Nights. This article explains how to accommodate player and DM actions in NWN that are not supported by the game's engine. Such actions bring NWN closer to its pen-and-paper ancestor, and do much to make the game more imaginative and versatile.

Another New DMFI-Certified Module
Wednesday, March 16 2005 @ 18:46:17 EST
Poetic Colossus's module "Ravenloft: A Requiem for Jander" has been certified as a module friendly for Dungeon Masters and added to the NWVault list of other modules that meet the requirements. Ravenloft comes with a very detailed DM guide, done by Lilivati, and does a wonderful job of sucking all the players into the plot quickly and smoothly, forcing them to work together as a team to escape the demi-plane of Ravenloft. The module is recommended to any DM of any skill level that’s looking for a short but unforgettable adventure into the Ravenloft setting.
